I love the idea of spaced repetitive review on missed questions! Do you have a system for getting your students to do this or is it just a simple spreadsheet like you show above?

So this is actually one reason why I wanted to help build Mathchops. It is so hard to get students to do this work, even though it is very much worth their time. I will start by trying to sell them on it (explain the value), but if that doesn't work, I'll use session time to quiz them. It's especially important for ACT English.
